  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order on Feegor, sign up as a retailer on our website and create an account. Then browse our platform, select the products you wish to purchase, and contact the seller. If you wish to pay on our app, the seller will send you an invoice and you use it to pay on our app, with this we will ensure the seller only gets paid when your goods are delivered in good condition. It's important to note that the seller is responsible for logistics, but we work closely with them to ensure speedy and efficient delivery. You'll receive a confirmation email with order details and updates on the delivery status. Our customer service team is available to assist you if needed.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is only applicable if you make payment via any of our payment options on the app, if you pay to the vendor directly we cannot get involved in the return process. If payment is made on our app and you receive a product that is defective or not as described, contact our customer service team within 7 days to initiate a return. The seller is responsible for the return process and any associated shipping costs, but we work with them closely to ensure a quick and efficient process. Once the product is returned and inspected, we issue refunds or exchanges as appropriate, with the refund being issued to the original form of payment.
